∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ 5-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a precast pile plant, Ready Mix Concrete industry, or heavy manufacturing environment
∎ Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, fabrication, and rotating machinery
∎ Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining cranes, batching plants, concrete mixers, and conveyor systems
∎ Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus
∎ Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent repairs efficiently
∎ Good understanding of safety standards and regulations in an industrial setting

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all mechanical equipment, including batching plants, molds, steam curing systems, cranes, conveyors, and hydraulic presses
∎ Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential mechanical failures and take corrective action
∎ Maintain records of maintenance activities and generate reports for supervisor review
∎ Diagnose mechanical failures and perform necessary repairs on production machinery
∎ Work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure smooth operation of equipment
∎ Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime during breakdowns
∎ Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts and consumables to avoid production stoppages
∎ Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and durability
∎ Ensure that all mechanical maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
∎ Train plant personnel on proper equipment usage and basic maintenance procedures
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, civil, store department, and Head of Project
