Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact between Engineering staff and the HR departments.
∎ Facilitate resolution of employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and general administration.
∎ Maintain and update daily attendance and leave records of engineering department personnel.
∎ Verify shift rosters, overtime records, and ensure compliance with attendance policies.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly attendance reports for payroll processing
∎ Assist in the preparation and submission of documents for CAAB (Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh) pass issuance and renewal.
∎ Track pass expiry dates and ensure timely follow-up with concerned personnel.
∎ Liaise with security and compliance teams for smooth issuance and renewal processes.
∎ Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes within the engineering department.
∎ Maintain and regularly update the employee database for the Engineering department, ensuring accuracy in personal, employment, and compliance-related information
∎ Identify gaps in admin procedures and propose improvements.
∎ Any other task assigned by the department head
