∎ Should have experience on dealing Decathlon/ Target Australia & H & M requirements
∎ Good Command on English and Computer
∎ Should be willing to work in Factory environment (Do not apply those who are not willing to work out side of Dhaka)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking to get application from some young, energetic, enthusiastic candidate to work with our Factory HR & Compliance Team as Executive. He/She will be responsible to monitor Environmental Compliance of the factory. You may apply, if you are organized with strong attention to details; have a can-do attitude happy to learn new skills and great communication skills with professional etiquette.
∎ Ensure the facility complies with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and standards related to garment manufacturing.
∎ Keep updated with any changes or updates to environmental regulations. Conduct environmental assessment to monitor the facility's environmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
∎ Develop and implement effective waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact, including the proper handling, storage, and disposal of waste materials, including hazardous waste. Identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption within the facility and implement energy-saving measures.
∎ Set environmental performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the facility.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to environmental compliance, audits, and sustainability initiatives. Promote a culture of continuous improvement in environmental performance, actively seeking ways to enhance sustainability efforts.
