∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): CEPZ
∎ The applicants should have commensurate experience in HR, Administration, Office Management.
∎ Computer proficiency- must have adequate knowledge on MS Office applications, email, digital communication, etc.
∎ Excellent command on both English and Bengali (oral and written).
∎ Self-motivated, strong voice and smart.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create, update, and post job vacancies on web platforms like bdjobs or print media, company websites.
∎ Review resumes and job applications to shortlist candidates.
∎ Coordinate to conduct interviews, both over the phone and in-person.
∎ Organize new employee orientation and induction programs.
∎ Prepare final settlement documents of departing employees.
∎ Assist with training programs for skill development and compliance.
∎ Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts and performance reviews.
∎ Draft various types of letters, notes and notices.(Bangla & English)
∎ Must be Manage HR GTR software , databases to ensure smooth record-keeping and retrieval of employee information.
∎ Responsible for all administrative jobs in the office.
∎ Monitoring and Following-up attendance, leave & absenteeism of employees.
∎ Preparing salary, wages, compensation & benefits sheet.
∎ Maintaining Logistics and administrative support for assigned factories to maximize productivity.
∎ Ensuring a safe, secured, clean and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
∎ Providing logistics supports in day to day administrative work and arrange special events.
∎ Ensuring all the office utility services including Lift, Generator, Electricity, Gas, Telephone, Water etc. are available at all time.
∎ Conducting regular fire safety inspections of all the facilities and ensuring that they meet all necessary codes and regulations.
∎ Organizing and supervising other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning and etc).
∎ Performing any other tasks assigned by the Management time to time.
