∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate tasks related to onboarding (complete recruitment, checklist for joining, sharing all HR policies with the new employee, etc.).
∎ Prepare the job description for new positions and obtain approval from the concerned authority.
∎ Assist line managers in measuring employee performance, ensuring the development and retention of key talent.
∎ Oversee the employee separation process, including the final settlement.
∎ Prepare policies and SOPs as per requirements.
∎ Ensure effective resolution of employee queries and grievances.
∎ Maintain and update employee personal files, ensuring that all relevant documents and databases are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legislation.
∎ Update attendance and leave records for all employees in the designated system monthly, and follow up with employees for timely updates.
∎ Prepare periodic MIS reports to help the company make informed decisions regarding manpower and cost optimization.
∎ Engage in employee welfare activities, including sports, events, and CSR initiatives.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
