Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboardin.
∎ Maintain up-to-date employee files and ensure accurate HR documentation.
∎ Enforce company HR policies and monitor their implementation in office.
∎ Track attendance, leave records, and maintain disciplinary procedures.
∎ Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
∎ Coordinate payroll information with the accounts department.
∎ Ensure all HR practices comply with Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Assist management with strategic HR planning and organizational improvements.
∎ Employment Status: Full-timeMaintain office security, IT support coordination, and basic troubleshooting.
∎ Manage office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination.
∎ Hanle office purchase properly.
