Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist & coordinate in arrangement of various employee engagement programs, special day celebration, cultural programs.
∎ Prepare & publish social media contents (in form of reels, posts & other types of engagement) on company social media accounts.
∎ Assist in sorting CVs based on pre-set criteria. Arrange interviews. Onboard new employees.
∎ Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
∎ Help with recruitment activities such as CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
∎ Support in attendance, leave management, and maintaining HR documentation.
∎ Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
∎ Support in preparing HR letters, memos, and other documents.
∎ Coordinate logistics for meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
∎ Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
∎ Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
∎ Maintain filing systems (digital and hard copies) for both HR and admin.
∎ Support compliance with HR and administrative policies.
∎ Employee Engagement:
