Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ HRM background will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Admin, Compensation Benefits Attendance Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Human Resources
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Group of Companies, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute day-to-day HR functions that include Recruitment & Selection process, Leave & attendance Management, Payroll Management, Employee Final Settlement procedure, Performance Appraisal etc
∎ Entry leave information into payroll (Maintain software and excel shit both)
∎ Prepare monthly joining & resign status.
∎ Follow-up the documentation with all related papers is processed, maintained and updated timely,
∎ Ensure joining formalities for newly selected office staffs;
∎ Maintain salary account related bank papers.
∎ Facilitating and supporting Human Resource Manager in day-to-day HR activities to ensure efficient HR service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6 month to 1 year of HR experience in reputed organization.
∎ Computer literacy & typing skill is must.(Must be good at Bengali Type)
∎ Able to communicate well with all levels of people
∎ Diplomatic & Discreet
∎ Solid computer skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
∎ Please do not apply if you don't have any experience regarding human resource.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
