∎ Candidate must have experience in garments or textile industries.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
∎ Should have good communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
∎ Should be good in letter drafting in English & Bangla.
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord.
∎ Must have flexible mindset & able to mingle with workers by Excellent communication
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self - driven& have good personality.
∎ Have to be punctual, proactive person & also Capable to work under pressure

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare daily attendance report,
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
∎ Liaising with staffs and workers on payroll related queries.
∎ To Prepare Monthly Workers Wages Sheet, over time Sheet, Bonus Sheet and Staffs Salary Advice.
∎ Assist to all functions associated with the payroll operations.
∎ Responsible for all scheduled and unscheduled payroll actions and for compiling, computing and preparing other payroll related reports.
∎ To prepare daily absenteeism report and submit to the factory head.
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
∎ Prepare, maintain & updating employment personal file, service book as per rules.
∎ Ensure employees appointment letter, ID card, Handbook, Service Book & others.
∎ Monitor the worker entrance, ID card, Daily attendance checkup & movement within the org.
∎ Maintain legislative procedure of Employees Job separation, Final Settlement & payment issues
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

∎ Must have experience both in Payroll & HR related tasks.
