Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in implementing performance management system, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
∎ Collaborate with various departments to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance standards for employees.
∎ Assist in designing and executing OD interventions (e.g., change management, leadership development, employee engagement).
∎ Prepare and update Job Description, Job Specification & Organogram reflecting reporting relationships and role alignment.
∎ Assist in developing & standardizing policies, SOP and other documents.
∎ Support competency framework development and implementation across departments.
∎ Analyze and evaluate HR metrics and industry benchmark data to provide input for Organizational KPIs.
