Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and keep update employee Personal file, contracts, and HR databases.
∎ Coordinate daily recruitment activities including candidate communication and interview scheduling.
∎ Ensuring formalities for proper induction and on-boarding of new employees.
∎ Preparations of HR analytical reports on employee attrition, recruitment on monthly basis.
∎ Maintain employee attendance record and leave management
∎ Handling of any complaints and grievances to establish good employee relation.
∎ Maintain regular communication with universities, training institutes, job portals and assist with activities to promote the company’s employer branding.
∎ Conduct employee engagement activities basis in view of motivating employees and fostering positive work environment.
∎ Organize Reward and Recognition program for top performers on quarterly basis.
