Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ • BBA in Accounting/Graduate in any discipline from renowned university
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Must have IATA certificate on GDS knowledge related certification on GDS and IATA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Airlines, Travel Agency experienc
Job Context:
∎ Candidate must know IATA /GDS tax calculation methods, net fare calculation method, commission calculation method, AIT calculation, pulling up sales records from GDS and any transaction related process with regards to GDS/IATA
∎ Candidates will be given priority who knows the Travel Agency Accounting Software(CashX)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Daily sales and ticketing records update in sales ledger
∎ • GDS report download on a daily basis
∎ • Calculate AIT, Tax, Commission and prepare sales invoice for different b2b customers
∎ • compare GDS reports with IATA Easy pay and reconcile reports
∎ • Bank Reconciliation by matching bank ticket records with IATA and GDS Sales Report
∎ • Send daily sales and invoice to different b2b agency and send updated statements to the b2b agencies
∎ • Create the BSP & IATA correspondence and generate reports, credit card reconciliation, and payments.
∎ • Others work assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ CashX will be an advantage.
∎ In dept knowledge about GDS, BSP and Airlines Portal and their calculation methods
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)

∎ Yearly Paid Annual Leaves Up To 21 days and Sick Leaves 10 Days
∎ Lunch allowances
