∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate/ B.Sc in Engineering or Diploma Engineering.
∎ Skills Required: Basic Computer skills., Good communication skills, Payroll

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Attendance Data Download and Process into Payroll Software
∎ Distribution Absent list and Miss out to Floor HR
∎ Correction Absent list sent to Head Office and preserved in file every day
∎ Absent list and Miss out jointly physical verify with Audit Department every day
∎ Every worker & Employee (New join) ID cards distribution
∎ Workers OT checks and reported to HR Department Daily Basis
∎ Monthly Approved leave entered into Software
∎ All increment cross check with file and entered into Software
∎ Workers & Staff up skilling & promotion cross check with the file and entered into Software
∎ Miss Out and OSD entered into Software
∎ Monthly attendance checked for staff and workers
∎ Discuss with payroll responsible person in Head Office with payroll related documents.
∎ Monthly salary sheet (actual), Pay slip, prepared and submitted to HR & Accounts Department
∎ Holiday allowance, Tiffin Bill, Special Allowance prepared, checked and submitted to HR.
∎ Buyer salary sheet, pay slip and extra OT prepared and submitted to HR Department
∎ At the time of Buyer audit Payroll related all support were given from payroll department
∎ Make Leave payment report & various reports given by Admin or Head Office
∎ Helped to HR Department for preparing H&M performance data
∎ Yearly Earn Leave (EL) prepared and submitted to HR
∎ Help in HR Related Working & Floor Monitoring (Audit Time)
∎ Provide necessary support Attendance Machine, Door Access Control
∎ Time to time report to head of ICT.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be a quick learner.
∎ Should be polite, smart and intelligent.
∎ Should be an active team player.
Salary: Negotiable
