Education:
∎ BSc (Hons) in Fashion Design from BUFT (Preferrable).
∎ BSc (Hons) in Fashion Design from BUFT (Preferrable).

∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply;
∎ Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, MS Word & Excel;
∎ Proficient in English communication (reading and writing);
∎ Basic knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro, After effects, InDesign & 3D Software such as- Browzwear, CLO, MYR.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Stay updated on emerging fashion trends;
∎ Work with R&D and merchandising teams to use sustainable wash processes and minimize costs in new developments;
∎ Attend price meetings and present new development samples and seasonal collections;
∎ Ensure all required accessories are arranged on time and follow up on their development;
∎ Monitor the sample-making process to meet delivery deadlines;
∎ Develop embellishments, secure buyer approval, and distribute technical sheets to suppliers;
∎ Maintain development charts to ensure smooth coordination with the merchandising and development teams;
∎ Prepare necessary documentation, including sample tags, EIM scores, and storytelling (if applicable);
∎ Capture sample photos in the studio for virtual sharing with designers;
∎ Arrange internal test reports and ensure samples pass lab tests, collaborating with fabric tech, R&D, and suppliers as needed;
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned.
