Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide immediate IT support to all the computer users i.e. staff and students
∎ Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems of entire network system and IT related equipment’s & CCTV Camera
∎ Maintain networking system and servers
∎ Computer assembling, install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
∎ Manage security options and software i.e. antivirus in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks
∎ Maintain and configure technological equipment e.g. routers, multimedia projector, CCTV Camera etc.
∎ Fix and configure network printer, UPS, monitor, laptop and other IT related accessories;
∎ Configure the staff computer (software & hardware) and e-mail i.e. outlook or other required software
∎ Multimedia projector set up in different classes according to the teacher's requirement/ other meetings as per requirement of the school authority
∎ Create report card format and print report card as per instruction of the Coordinator;
∎ Help teachers and students to print and scan the documents when needed
∎ Employees ID Card, face and thumb recognition with attendance reader/device
∎ Supervise, maintain and servicing of photocopier, PABX, IP Camera etc. and maintain floor-wise local stock in a register obtained from IT department
∎ Take photos of various events and provide technical assistance if required
∎ Provide technical assistance to any department during workshop/training/Skype base interview session
∎ Look after the IT lab, lab’s equipment’s and check regularly
∎ Prepare and maintain IT inventory records keep track of all equipment’s
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the Administration/authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good knowledge on data recovery and disaster management.
∎ Good knowledge on computer hardware maintenance
∎ Should have experience in software maintenance and email setup (Outlook)
∎ Good knowledge on Network administration and configuration
∎ To work as troubleshooter of all IT related equipment's like computer, Internet, server, IP camera etc.
∎ Knowledge in Network printer troubleshooting, PABX troubleshooting
∎ Energetic & Dedicated about work
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability in Bangla typing will be an added value

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ On completion of successful probation, the incumbent will be eligible for taking leave as per school's leave policy and on completion of 1 year of service, the incumbent will be eligible to be the member of Staff Provident Fund.
