∎ Job Context: We’re looking to hire an Executive, IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, supporting our employees in resolving technical issues, and maintaining our e-commerce platform’s efficiency and security.

∎ Job Description:
∎ Deliver effective IT support across hardware, software, and networking.
∎ Manage daily IT operations.
∎ Configure and install software, servers, and network devices.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot Windows servers and email services.
∎ Backup configurations for network equipment and systems.
∎ Resolve issues with hardware, software, printers, networks, and operating systems.
∎ Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
∎ Train and support employees on IT best practices.
∎ Maintain accurate IT asset records and allocate resources as needed.

∎ Other Requirements:
∎ Windows Troubleshooting, Google Docs and Sheets, any desk, Teamviewer.
∎ IT support background.
∎ Good presentation and communication skills.
∎ High level of empathy and customer-focused attitude.
