Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Junior Executive/ Executive-Brand to help us build our brand and boost brand awareness. He will work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us distinctive and communicate it to the world.
∎ RR IMPERIAL ELECTRICALS LTD. is looking for an ambitious and self-starting individual to join our team as Junior Executive. You will assist on planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s brand, products, and services across all platforms. Your creativity, marketing knowledge and enthusiasm shall be fully focused towards boosting RR IMPERIAL ELECTRICALS LTD.’s successful brand even further. As the go-to member of all activities, you will work alongside a team member of Branding and Communications professionals to drive engagement, initiate and execute marketing campaigns and achieve key target metrics. Your role will play a key part in ensuring that everyone sees the true value of RR IMPERIAL ELECTRICALS LTD.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must be Creative thinker, self-motivated, hard worker & able to meet the given target
∎ Assist on planning & organizing the branding and promotional activities to ensure sales target
∎ Market
∎ Visits as per needs.
∎ Oversee and Analyze Performance and execution of branding & marketing campaigns.
∎ Planning and executing marketing initiatives including weekly/monthly campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs.
∎ Assist with a broad range of research efforts, including surveys, analysis of secondary data, and qualitative methods to gain a deeper understanding of consumers and key opinion formers
∎ Support to build brand awareness and reach actual and potential target group
∎ Be creative and produce new ideas and concepts.
∎ Handle Special projects Product Development to product the launch plan for the brand.
∎ Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
∎ Planning & implementation of different types of activation
∎ Coordinate with advertising & research agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand in keeping with the above identity
∎ Plan product launches, ATL & BTL so as to deliver the required value proposition, as derived from the above brand identity
∎ Organize and implement consumer and trade promotional activities.
∎ Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
∎ Manage brand guidelines to ensure all vendors and internal audiences follow them.
∎ Work closely with all relevant Media departments/agencies, develop and execute national advertising and promotional activities and maintain updated product briefs for use in websites.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ No experience required but Experience on Branding will get priority.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Motorbike ride preferable
∎ Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
∎ A good eye for aesthetically appealing content
∎ Innovative spirit and passion for driving results
∎ Strong personal organization and project management abilities
∎ Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro etc.) experience is an advantage
