Responsibilities & Context:
∎ In-depth knowledge of land laws, property rights, land use regulations, and real estate legal principles.Strong analytical skills with the ability to review complex legal documents and identify key issues and risks.Legal Vetting of Land Documents including physical verification of records with concerned land office/AC (Land), Prepare Baina Deed, Sale Deed, Mortgage Deed, POA, Redemption, Revocation and register the same with concerned registering authority, mutation, ensure the payment of Land Development Tax/Local Government/ Ground Rent/ Holding Tax etc.Dealing with all sorts of Corporate Affairs issue including liaison with various Government/Non-Government offices for permission, Licensing, approval, renewal etc., including sale/transfer permission.Prepare and scrutinize (national/ international) legal documents like Agreement, MOU, JVA, NDA, TPA, Power of Attorney, Undertaking, Minutes, Letter, Reply, Legal Notice, opinion etc. and any other tasks assign by management.
