Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors and suppliers.
∎ Source local suppliers and vendors, ensuring they meet the company's quality standards
∎ Maintain and update a comprehensive database of local suppliers and vendors
∎ Assist in negotiating prices and terms with local suppliers to achieve the best possible deals.
∎ Ensure that procurement activities are conducted within the approved budget.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts and transactions.
∎ Timely update and maintain the Supply Chain Management database using ERP application.
∎ Carry out any other related task as assigned by the line manager.
