Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sales, Direct Sales, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Find out suitable land for joint venture development.
∎ Negotiate with the land owners and process the Project for construction.
∎ Give proper services to the Apartment buyers and Land owners.
∎ Other necessary work for the interest of the company according to the instruction of the management.
∎ Formulating long and short term business plan of building products.
∎ Develop Sales-Plan for meeting demands of the customer.
∎ Identifying market behavior, monitor threats & opportunities, competitor's strategy and customer trends for future growth of this business.
∎ Regular field visit, arranging presentation to the customer to collection of lead and conversion into sale.
∎ Ensure overall sales target every month.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in every areas of operation.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Process all sales documentation for both Commercial and Residential Projects
∎ Respond to any Sales/Land queries and follow up accordingly
∎ Prepare and maintain industry wise prospective client database
∎ Ensure development of Sales Brochures and other sales tools for ongoing and upcoming projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in the Developer / Real Estate field.
∎ Candidates must be Honest, Smart, Good looking, Dynamic, Energetic and Hard working.
∎ Candidates must be able to speak nicely in all situations.
∎ Must be able to write letter and notice in Bengali and English.
∎ Well known about the construction rules and other relevant information of the Government.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A & Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (As per company policy)
