Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and generate potential customer leads through field visits, campaigns, and networking.
∎ Conduct door-to-door and outdoor marketing to promote company projects and services.
∎ Distribute promotional materials (flyers, brochures, etc.) in targeted locations.
∎ Visit markets, commercial areas, and residential zones to create brand awareness.
∎ Maintain a database of collected leads and regularly follow up to convert them into prospects.
∎ Attend property fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events on behalf of the company.
∎ Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and lead handover.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitors’ activities.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients and local stakeholders.
∎ Achieve monthly targets set by the marketing department.
