Events n Activations, Events Planning, Fashion Brand, Fashion Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with brand and marketing team to understand brand strategies
∎ Bringing alive the spirit of the brand through 360-degree events, sponsorships, activations, etc.
∎ Generate new event ideas for the business and implement those in a productive way.
∎ Prepare quarterly/ half-yearly/ yearly Event calendar, proposal, and budget in coordination with the brand and digital team
∎ Leading partnership activations with existing partners, flagship store events, and activation.
∎ Generate fruitful outdoor activities to promote the brand efficiently considering the target audience.
∎ Develop customer engagement strategies in retail stores and execute effectively
∎ Implement Brand Consumer Programs – Experiential, Promotional and in-store retail Marketing
∎ Responsible for coordination with third parties and vendors
∎ Track and analyze event ROI and share learnings with the brand and sales team.
∎ Conduct any other assignment to be given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 03 years Experience in the same Field
∎ Must have a passion for Fashion
∎ Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Outstanding multi-tasking abilities
∎ Exceptional Organizing skills
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Familiar with the latest social media trends.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
