Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales target of the assigned geographical area.
∎ Focus on developing new dealers, new customers as well as retention of the existing dealers maintaining good trade relationship.
∎ Assess customers' requirements respond or react promptly.
∎ Ensure sales proceeds collection in timely manners from dealers / customers.
∎ Conduct market research / survey to identify selling possibilities.
∎ Analyze and convey feedback on competitive products to the head office.
∎ Liaisons with functional members in rolling out promotional plans and new product launching.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Both male and female are allowed to apply.
∎ Must have proper computer knowledge.
∎ Can do approach on selling products.
∎ Must have aggressive selling attitude.
∎ Should be hard working, multitasking and good learning.
∎ Able to analyze problems and provide solution.
∎ Strong Communication, Interpersonal & Negotiation Skill.
∎ Responsible for creating and implementing various marketing programs and campaigns while also assessing the demand for new products.
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
