Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Corporate Sales and Marketing, online client handling, Online Marketing, Online Marketing Research, Sales & Marketing, Strong communication skills , Team management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Trading or Export/Import
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market Information collection & market analysis.
∎ Acquire adequate knowledge about products.
∎ Identify potential customers.
∎ Approaching potential Customers and maintain positive relationship with them.
∎ Troubleshoot and Support Team on complex customer issues.
∎ Ensure proactive relationship building/customer contact plans and pipeline
∎ management for both existing and new customers
∎ Monitor the client portfolio regularly and manage risk appropriately through risk
∎ management tools
∎ Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of customer information and deal pipeline
∎ on relevant systems as required
∎ Develop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate
∎ customer needs and provide a superior quality service.
∎ Develop excellent relationship with other stakeholders e.g.: Bankers for generating
∎ new customer leads.
∎ Collect payment from customers as per company policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants previously having experience of 3 years in Sales & Marketing area will be given preference.
∎ Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply who have passion for this type of job.
∎ Demonstrated leadership abilities.
∎ Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
