Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inform customers about the benefits of the membership card and meet monthly target by selling new memberships and renewals.
∎ Formulate and maintain significantly profitable relationships with key customers.
∎ Keeping customers updated with all information on the latest products.
∎ Resolve all customer complaints in a quick and efficient manner.
∎ Expand the customer base by essentially using the methods of upselling and cross-selling.
∎ Conduct business reviews frequently by making the best use of CRM/MSD programs.
∎ Collaborate with the management team to properly run all the campaigns.
∎ Attend customer queries and send promotional information through all social media and Hotline number.
∎ Provide necessary feedback to customer's and push for online and corporate sale.
∎ Generate online order from customer and process them for delivery.
∎ Communicate with delivery partners.
∎ Communicate with our online vendors and assist in the delivery process.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
