∎ Relevant Functional Experience & Knowledge: Course Certification: CCNA, MTCNA, Server/ Database Management given extra preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing Operations Such as Computer Hardware, Networks, Software, and Other IT Infrastructure to Ensure Proper Functioning.
∎ Provide IT support to End Users' Devices, Such as Computer Hardware, Desktops, Laptops, Software, Networks, Wireless Router, Printers & Share, Scanners, Projectors, etc. & Replacing Computer Parts as Required.
∎ Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
∎ Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
∎ In-depth knowledge of And Troubleshooting Experience With Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory server, Endpoint security, Zimbra Mail Server, Outlook Email Configuring, and Office Applications.
∎ Hands-on experience in Installing, Monitoring, & Trouble Shooting IP cameras, NVR, PABX phones, Finger/ Face recognition-based attendances, Access control, Mikrotik routers and WIFI system Devices.
∎ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics) and custom software development projects.
∎ Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to understand project requirements and objectives·
∎ Providing ERP Software Training to Users & fixing bugs, Errors, and troubleshooting solution Implementation for Smooth Operation.
∎ Updating ERP software regular basis and reporting to all concerned departments regarding order status.
∎ Updating new products, keeping accurate physical inventory, and matching with ERP software.
∎ Production Report, Delivery Report, Inventory Report, Finish Good & Damage Stock Report Update Monitoring on ERP.
∎ Work closely with the production team to ensure the correct implementation of ERP software on finish good products.
∎ Maintain the database, web applications, multiple software environments, and admin portal management.
∎ Coordinate with IT Vendors/service providers to deliver goods and services as per agreed service level agreements.
∎ Assist Management in generating MIS reports on ERP as per the management requirement.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
