Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet and greet existing, new and potential customers (both individual and corporate) in the office in an efficient and professional manner.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely and precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Handle all types of customer queries. Build a strong relationship with the customers.
∎ Facilitate and coordinate the closing processes relating to buy, sale and documentation of property units with the customers, on behalf of the Company.
∎ Follow up inbound customer enquiries to convert business leads to appointments. Outbound calls to customers or leads.
∎ Closely interact with customers to determine and serve their property needs.
∎ Perform day-to-day operations in the customer service department Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
∎ Coordinate with other internal functions to ensure timely and efficient deliveries of customers' service needs.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by the Company from time to time.
∎ Customer Service or Client Relations activities Also entails Front Desk related activities
