Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from public/ private University. BBA & MBA majoring in International Business/ Supply Chain Management will get priority
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for doing export documents as direct exporter and deem exporter as well under LC/SC.
∎ Responsible for issuing MUSAK under local deliveries,
∎ Responsible for sales returns with customs and any competent authorities,
∎ Responsible for keeping up to dates export proceeds statements reconciling with respective banks,
∎ Should have technical knowledge on ERP soft wear.
∎ Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, Detail Packing list for export.
∎ Prepare and Update Factory Licenses - tread Licenses, IRC, ERC etc.
∎ Ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
∎ Comply documentation of EPB, BGMEA (CO, GSP) related activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 37 years
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
∎ Proactive, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Basic knowledge of Commercial, Import/Export, L/C Documentation.
∎ Having Knowledge how to open LC (Letter of Credit).
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication with all.
∎ Sound Knowledge about LC & SC.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office applications.
