Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Accounting/ Finance/Management from IBA/ Reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement financial strategies to support project maintenance goals and objectives.
∎ Manage financial transactions, including payments, invoices, and contracts, and ensure accurate and timely processing.
∎ Analyze financial data and provide regular reports to project stakeholders, including cost-benefit analyses, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.
∎ Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial risks, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
∎ Collaborate with other project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and operations staff, to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall project goals.
∎ Oversee financial audits and reviews, and implement recommendations to improve financial performance and reporting.
∎ Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for project maintenance, including identifying new opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Analytical skills.
∎ Excellent knowledge of computer MS Excel.
∎ Have to know ERP software.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English.
Salary: Negotiable
