∎ Resolve service-related concerns effectively and efficiently.
∎ Communicate essential information to clients and agents in a clear and persuasive manner.

∎ Actively market and sell company services to both individuals and partner agents.
∎ Convert prospects into loyal, long-term clients through strategic follow-ups and relationship-building.
∎ Explain key service features and benefits with confidence and clarity.

∎ Support administrative tasks as required with reliability and attention to detail.
∎ Uphold organizational policies and display professional conduct consistently.
