∎ Age 25 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with relevant parties to ensure machinery and equipment in the operational area are functioning at their optimum performance.
∎ Ensure and support continuous flow to the needlepoint by working with the production and operations teams, while conducting continuous improvements using digitalization and autonomation initiatives.
∎ Monitor the raw material and accessories stability report periodically and identify possible machinery and equipment issues in order to develop appropriate mitigation actions.
∎ Participate in pre-production meetings and ensure proper documentation to facilitate an uninterrupted production process.
∎ Ensure relevant raw materials, accessories and embellishments/prints are received on time to meet the production process timelines by following the corresponding plans.
∎ Examine relevant summary reports to obtain accurate data on re-cut order quantities and provide required machinery related support to the cutting department in a timely manner.
∎ Adhere to health & safety, compliance and other organizational standards whilst leading the initiatives of MAS Operating System [MOS] within the team.
∎ Perform additional duties that commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management
