After Sales Service, Export Import Through LC, In Automobile industry, parts and warranty
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage daily operations of warranty dept.
∎ Processing warranty claims and controlling the warranty system.
∎ Carry out repairs as per the workshop manual in accordance with the warranty requirements.
∎ Handling the warranty customer complaints and concerns and making sure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealerships satisfaction
∎ Maintain store New/replaced warranty parts
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with the manufacturers designated warranty representatives
∎ Ensure that all paperwork and write-ups were clear and concise.
∎ Handling the warranty customer complaints and concerns and making sure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealerships satisfaction
∎ Ensure all incoming Parts are checked for conformity and price and return any non-conforming or damaged part with a credit request or insurance claim.
∎ Control ordering procedures to maintain department profitability.
∎ Reporting as per company Requirement.
∎ Attend Warranty & Parts Training to get certification
∎ Monitoring LC, Payment, Packaging Shipping, and arrival timetable
∎ Ensure all incoming Parts are checked for conformity and price and return any non-conforming or damaged part with a credit request or insurance claim.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in parts management, warranty administration, or a related field.
∎ Knowledge of parts inventory management systems and processes.
∎ Familiarity with warranty policies, procedures, and claim handling.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing parts orders and warranty claims.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
∎ Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management and data analysis.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
∎ Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
∎ Knowledge of automotive, machinery, or equipment parts is a plus.
