Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective strategies to foster employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.
∎ Design, plan, and execute various engagement initiatives, including team events, induction, workshops, recognition programs and other activities that promote a positive work culture.
∎ Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that employee IDs, visiting cards, and employee files are accurately maintained, and that all HR documentation is managed efficiently and confidentially.
∎ Assist with daily HR operations, including preparing HR documents, letters, and reports. to the smooth functioning of HR activities.
∎ Organize HR meetings, document minutes, and track follow-ups.
∎ Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant labor laws.
