∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
∎ Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage for this role.

∎ 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, project coordination, or administrative roles—preferably with exposure to retail operations, store interior projects, or cross-functional department coordination. Fresh graduates with strong internships or project experience may also be considered.
∎ 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, project coordination, or administrative roles (preferably with exposure to retail or store development projects).
∎ Basic understanding of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination.
∎ Experience or familiarity with project execution, preferably in interior works, construction, or retail store setup.
∎ Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tracking tools like Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
∎ Ability to read or interpret basic layout plans or interior drawings (preferred, but not mandatory).
∎ Solid organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage both HR documentation and on-site project follow-ups.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with external vendors.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
∎ Willingness to travel occasionally to store project sites, if required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in workforce planning, including manpower forecasting, recruitment scheduling, and onboarding processes.
∎ Maintain and regularly update employee databases, including personal records, attendance, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the HR and finance teams.
∎ Ensure timely completion of routine operational activities by coordinating with internal departments and supporting administrative functions.
∎ Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across functions; analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
∎ Assist in drafting, implementing, and monitoring adherence to HR and operational policies as per company guidelines.
∎ Maintain all operational and HR-related documentation, including SOPs, compliance files, and planning records.
∎ Prepare reports, performance dashboards, and presentations for regular management reviews and decision-making support.
∎ Handle employee support tasks, including query resolution, ID card issuance, attendance issues, and logistical coordination.
∎ Collaborate with relevant departments for process automation and participate in digital transformation initiatives.
∎ Actively support execution of store development projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and budget.
∎ Coordinate with interior designers, vendors, civil contractors, and procurement teams to manage store fit-out and furnishing activities.
∎ Assist in site inspections, follow up on work progress, quality checks, and report deviations to the project head or senior management.
∎ Track project milestones (e.g., civil work, electrical setup, branding installation) and ensure timely escalation of delays or issues.
∎ Help manage store interior materials, from sourcing and inventory tracking to delivery coordination.
∎ Prepare and maintain Gantt charts, project progress trackers, and execution logs.
∎ Support in cost estimation, budget monitoring, and preparation of project status reports for stakeholders.
∎ The Executive – People, Planning, and Operations will be responsible for supporting workforce planning, operational coordination, and process optimization to enhance overall business efficiency. The role involves managing human resources functions, assisting in strategic planning, and ensuring smooth execution of operational activities across departments.
