Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing all activities of the planning function, making decisions and providing guidance/ advice on order acceptance, coordinating with internal/ external teams/ sub-contractors etc. and ensuring that plant capacities are fully utilized at the agreed performance levels/ standard hours
∎ Lead overall operation planning at Crystal-Martin apparel BD ltd
∎ Supervise the line loading in Fast React tool
∎ Lead and service Target fixing based on capacity factor & efficiency or other parameters
∎ Prepare and manage plant capacity status report
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning while ensuring cost reduction & increase the profitability
∎ Pre-production schedule & PPM arrangement
∎ Supervise the preparation of OTT, PCD, PSD & OCD & follow-up with the team.
∎ Monitor line wise production target and align with the production plan
∎ Plan and monitor sewing production to meet the shipment requirement of the Company
∎ Take care of daily problem report and action plan against the problem and guide the team to take proper step to solve them.
∎ Follow-Up and ensure monthly shipment
∎ Developing and implementing systems/ standards/ procedures to improve the effectiveness of planning/ loading processes for a smooth operation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in FAST -React.
