∎ Check Indent report and confirm RM status
∎ Follow up daily OTT
∎ Input management
∎ Connect all department and resolve the input issues
∎ Critical Path Management
∎ Time and Action Plan Follow Up
∎ Manage OTT
∎ Resolve FR and CP process issues
∎ Educate team about the CP tracker
∎ Manage CP system
∎ Check Indent report and confirm RM status
∎ Follow up daily OTT
∎ Input management
