Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Powder Coating and Welding Section.
∎ Ensure the safety of all team members by implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
∎ Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets.
∎ Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
∎ Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve their skills and efficiency.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues promptly.
∎ Maintain records of production, quality, and maintenance activities.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Strong competency in spreadsheet applications (MS Excel, Google Sheets etc.)
∎ Strong technical knowledge of powder coating equipment and techniques.
∎ Welding certification is a plus.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving abilities.
∎ Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Salary: Negotiable
