∎ Candidate must have project experience with similar role.
∎ Candidate with certified training on project management, AutoCAD & Etabs from local/abroad will get preference.
∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Willingness to work in plant and travel as required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the day-to-day activities at the construction site to ensure all operations are completed as per the design and on schedule.
∎ Conduct regular quality check to ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
∎ Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Monitor project timeline and ensure the project stays within deadline.
∎ Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction, make solutions to keep the project on track.
∎ Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with local building codes, regulations and safety standards.
∎ Any other tasks as per management instructions.
