Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking out purchase requisition in system.
∎ Discussing about the requisition with concern department.
∎ Cross check the stock before purchasing the goods. Deduct the Stock if any stock.
∎ Send the requirements to suppliers for quotation. At list 3 Suppliers.
∎ Collect the quotation/PI from suppliers.
∎ Cross check the technical specification with concern department & supplier if its fulfilling the requirement as per requisition.
∎ Negotiate the Price, Quality, service and other terms (If any) with supplier(s) for required items
∎ Spend analysis and figure out the optimization segments of Procurement in aspect of value and category.
∎ Check and analyze and bi weekly and monthly Procurement report for solving pending issue by discussing with superior and to seat with user to solve of any pending and critical issue.
∎ Arrange meeting to hear the vendors to find out any problems and propose solution how to mitigate with new commitment for better bilateral business relation.
∎ On time complete requisition received along with sample (if require) from User Department.
∎ Need to ensure the availability of Purchase Van for collection of items from market.
∎ Smooth Payment as per the commitment towards vendor.
∎ Product stock availability.
∎ For the items need to import, LC opening on time.
∎ Follow up custom clearance on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Procurement responsibilities of Sanitary & Plumbing, Thai aluminum supply & fitting, Fire Equipment, Petroleum, Lube Oil, Transport. Sourcing for procurement of require goods and services At the right price, From the right source, At the right specification that meets users’ needs In the right quantity for delivery at the right time To the right customer ensuring standard procurement process with the conformance of company strategy and policy.
