Quality Control Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make daily working plan as per production plan (Pre-production & Cutting).
∎ Set up process wise manpower, based on daily present & absenteeism to make smooth flow on work, also monitoring & solve employee’s migration issue. Measure their performance & sort out all weakness of them and put training & motivation to overcome.
∎ Analysis daily fabric inspection & number of shade & group and share with concern Dept. & responsible thorough report and to further progress & continuous improvement.
∎ Risk analyze. Conduct P.P meeting with quality team during start any style.
∎ Maintain buyer requirement & routine.
∎ Review daily report and fabric inspection findings to meet the quality.
∎ Maintain buyer wise all procedure & protocol (Technical & compliance )
∎ Keep update all daily, weekly & monthly quality progress report update to all concern.
∎ Reporting day to day Quality status & trend to line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Ability to Fix up (Quality) shade Blanket
∎ Shrinkage & Fabric Management
∎ Quality responsible of fabric section and fulfill Buyer /Customer requirement & demand
∎ Good communications between inter department
∎ Employees Handle capacity (more than 30 persons-QC, QA & Supervisor)
