Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Selling Points:Hands on Experience in Quality control system in FMCG sector.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Verify the quality of all incoming raw materials and determine their acceptance or rejection.
∎ 2. Inspect all packaging materials and decide on their acceptance or rejection.
∎ 3. Conduct development work in alignment with marketing requirements.
∎ 4. Testing and assessing products (biscuits, cake, snacks).
∎ 5. Identifying product defects or potential issues and determining what to do to resolve the issue.
∎ 6. Ensure that coding parameters are verified for each coded packaging material prior to continuous operation.
∎ 7. Maintain product quality from intermediate stages to finished products, adhering to BSTI and in-house specifications.Supervise the activities of all supervisors.
∎ 8. Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness across the entire facility. 9.Take necessary actions to resolve quality issues in any product. 10. Scan Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) for all products and email them to the Central Quality Head.
∎ 11. Report any abnormalities in daily online products and email the report to the Central Quality Head.
∎ 12. Report the weight of finished products online and email the report to the Central Quality Head.
∎ 13. Prepare all working instructions, including operating packing machines and wrapper coding procedures.
∎ 14. Arrange QC meeting with respective unit on daily/weekly/monthly basis and report to QAM.
∎ 15. Supporting process improvements throughout the testing and quality assurance processes.
∎ 16. Physically Feed Additives checking such as expiry date, Humidity, Chemical composition, etc.
∎ 17. Records corrective & preventive action along with root cause analysis.
∎ 18. To prepare monthly report and submit to QAM within stipulated time.
∎ 19. Any other task assigned by Management.
