Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all Technical,Micro-pak,GMP and others Quality related audits.
∎ Quality Goals Analyses, Risk Assessment, Traffic light system, D.H.U, Tractability System Follow-up.
∎ Responsible Fabric Inspection & Quality.
∎ Policy Making Man, Machine, Maintenance, Production, Power, Energy.
∎ Responsible for cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control and production process. Responsible for line balancing, N.P.T. Accuracy Steady analyses, Zero defect analyses, Multi-Schiller analyses.
∎ Supplier Performance, Assessment Approval Process Check.
∎ Follow update PTP (Product Test Plan) & Set the Laboratory SOP.
∎ Follow and update CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action).
∎ Responsible for All laboratory Testing, Certified AATCC & ASTM, ISO Testing Method Trainer.
∎ Factory score card, Defect Tread Analyses, Corrective Action Plane execute.
∎ Pre-Production conducted Follow-up.
∎ Final Inspection conducted.
∎ Quality Training Plan.
∎ Ensure Buyer Quality Manual.
∎ Good Knowledge in TQM, QPM, AQL, SQC, QMS, and QAM System.
∎ Controlling full garments factory's documents with better performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
Salary: Negotiable
