Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs, eg. Photoshop, & project management programs, Microsoft Excel, Word , etc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare BOQ, Quotation, Project Costing & Materials Estimating according to the Interior, Furniture, Construction & Steel Fabrications project.
∎ Prepare Tender documents and submission etc. according to the Interior & Furniture Project.
∎ Manage project activities like execution, Micro Scheduling & planning as per the Master schedule as appropriately required.
∎ Monitoring and guiding of project in-charge for proper implementation of project works and Performing regular projects visit to ensure excellent quality of product, on time handover within limited budget and to make solution of the pending decisions.
∎ To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Coordinate with Internal and external architects, structural consultants for designs clarification if any required.
∎ Enforce physical controls, contracts control provisions in line with the systems and procedures of the company.
∎ Proficient in home, office interior and renovation.
∎ Able to multitask, work under pressure, independent and to meet tight deadlines Hardworking, committed, good attitude, patient and responsible.
∎ Good team player with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Candidates must have excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills and possess a strong desire to excel and lead in a fast paced, challenging and client-focused environment
