Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
∎ As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist`s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
∎ Ultimately,duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards as per company policy.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer service must be ensured as per company policy.
∎ Should have good experience in computer,expert writing and typing
∎ Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base
∎ Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels - campaigns, branch walk-ins, referrals from existing customers
∎ Analysis Of financial Status to evaluate the credit worthiness Of the client
∎ Coordinate with line manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
∎ Promote specific products as directed by upper management
∎ Any other business development activities assigned by the Management.

∎ At least 2 years experience in related work.
∎ Result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target
∎ Pleasant and presentable personality
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and target oriented
∎ Physical fitness and willingness to work at field level
∎ Geographic mobility and flexibility.
