Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining solid relationships with key clients to grow & generate revenue for the company.
∎ Acting as the main point of contact between assigned clients and internal teams.
∎ Addressing and resolving client's complaints.
∎ Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
∎ Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences. Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings.
∎ Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers & current accounts.
∎ Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities.
∎ Develop and execute a sales plan for key accounts that meets sales and margin targets.
∎ Coordinate with HR, ED and provide resources and other information as per demand.
∎ Quotation /SOW/PO/Invoice responsibility for maintain database by100% using ERP, CRM daily basis.
∎ Conduct market analysis and evaluate competitor's performance and market status.
∎ Maintaining, checking & creating NDA, Business Agreements to make a collaboration with clients.
∎ Presentation skills and Some It based tools/technical knowledge is recommended.
