∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Knowledge about Yarn Dyeing Process, Terms & Software.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Well behaved & honesty is a must.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinating all reporting work given by the Department’s DMD.
∎ Preparing “Pro Forma invoices (PI)” and “Yarn Dyeing Order” and submitting scanned copies to the buyer through the mail.
∎ Following up the Dyeing order and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ Prepare “Sample Orders” given by the buyer and place them to the factory (If sales team members are on out duty).
∎ Daily cross-checking of L/C with the Commercial Department.
∎ Respond to customers’ queries and provide fast feedback accordingly.
∎ Preparing daily, weekly & monthly Issued “PI” and “Dyeing Order” reports.
∎ Communicating with various departments like Commercial, Dyeing and Production daily.
∎ Maintaining coordination with the Sales and Marketing teams.
∎ Updating Yarn’s Price list.
∎ Program development and prepare meeting reports.
∎ Updating customer-wise master file.
∎ Maintain necessary Records, Documents and Databases.
