∎ Skilled in product demonstrations and basic troubleshooting of printing products.·
∎ Collaborative team player with a results-driven mindset.·
∎ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and networking abilities.·
∎ Upholds integrity and models ethical standards.·
∎ Good technical understanding of offset, digital and other graphic printing products.·
∎ Capable of multitasking effectively and working under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive sales and business development for offset / flexo pre-press items, consumables, and offset inks in the assigned region.·
∎ Achieve sales targets and growth objectives.·
∎ Manage and develop dealer networks; build strong relationships with commercial and corporate print service providers.·
∎ Explore new markets, manage channels, and develop dealers.· Ensure repeat sales from existing customers.·
∎ Analyze sales data, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to enhance growth and market share.·
∎ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management.·
∎ Maintain high customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
∎ Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in printing industry sales, specially in offset industry.· BBA/MBA/Chemistry background from any reputed Institute/University.· Should have strong flair in sales and marketing · Excellent negotiation and communication skills.· Experience in offset inks, ink applications, color management, and offset machines along with their applications would be an added advantage.
