Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, Develop and implement sales and marketing activities and strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the assigned area/territory.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on growth potential and gain a competitive advantage.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.
∎ Lead a team of Engineers & Sales personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
∎ Meet with client on a regular basis to brief on products technical overview & Service issues.
∎ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess market dynamics, customer needs, and product positioning.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, including service engineers, technical support, and product management and accounts to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with customer requirements and company capabilities.
∎ Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
∎ Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
∎ Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
∎ Creating and presenting sales performance reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually.
∎ Any others responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
