∎ Honors/BBA/BSC in any discipline from any reputed Private/Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing, Water Battery and dry battery Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of building in new dealer & make strong relationship with them to create & operate big volume business with them.
∎ Regularly Follow-up with existing & potential dealers in assigned area.
∎ Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive & result oriented.
∎ Have to achieve annual sales target volume & profitability target for the specified territory, ensuring sales & collection within due time frame.
∎ Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.
∎ Insure growth in marketing.
∎ Provide proactive sales & service support to peers and management in building strong customer relationships.
∎ Create and be accountable for follow up of all dealers proposals, problems, contracts & any other related documentation.
∎ Should have technical knowledge on battery fundamentals, machinery & equipment, battery problem findings etc.
∎ Carry out any other responsibility as and when assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Executive (Sales & Marketing) position.
∎ Should have strong communication skills about Sales and Marketing.
∎ Should be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
∎ Should have proficiency in MS Office applications.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 28044 (Monthly)
∎ During the probationary period for six months the monthly gross salary will be tk. 26,000 only. After regularization of service the monthly gross salary will be Tk. 28,044 only.
TA/DA at actual as per company policy.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly attractive sales incentive.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund, Gratuity
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
