∎ Proven experience as a Tele Marketer or similar sales/customer service role.
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
∎ Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
∎ A strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
∎ 0 to 1 year hands-on experience;
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

∎ Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our software products and services.
∎ Generate and qualify leads for the sales team to pursue.
∎ Maintain a detailed record of calls and follow-up activities.
∎ Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and qualified leads.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to refine calling scripts and approaches.
∎ Provide feedback from clients to enhance product offerings.
